SULKY® ULTRA SOLVY

SULKY ULTRA SOLVY is an extra strong and transparent, water-soluble film, which is washed out with warm water after processing. It can be firmly hooped in an embroidery hoop for direct embroidery, without using fabric or any additional stabilizers

  • An extra strong clear water-soluble foil used as a backing or topping

SULKY® ULTRA SOLVY

To remove Ultra Solvy, submerge project in warm water for 10-20 minutes (30°C), then rinse it repeatedly.
Embroidery Designs without Base Fabric
1. Hoop Ultra Solvy instead of base fabric.
2. Embroider design.
3.Once stitching is completed, cut away excess Ultra Solvy.
4. Dissolve excess Ultra Solvy in warm water.


Machine Embroidery on Fabrics
1. Place Ultra Solvy underneath base fabric, then hoop both layers.
2. Embroider design.
3.Once stitching is completed, cut away excess Ultra Solvy.
