In case you are not happy with the delivered goods!

Within the return period, the return is free for you.
After receipt and successful examination of your return you will of course get your money back or  the respective amount will be deducted from the invoice amount. This is what you have to do:

  1. Log in with your access data via "My account".

  2. Go to "Orders" via the left navigation menu.

  3. Select the exact order that contains the items you want to return.

  4. If the "Return"button appears, then you are within the return period and can register your return shipment.

  5. Register your return.

  6. Pack the corresponding products (easiest again in the original packaging).

  7. Print the return note and stick it on the parcel.
