  1. PayPal:

    You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You have to be registered there or you have to register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception if necessary guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process

  2. Invoice [only within Germany]:

    Up to an order value of 50 Euro you can order on account (except digital products).
    After receiving the invoice by email, you transfer the invoice amount to the following bank details for SEPA transfer

    BIC: BYLADEM1ASA

    The money should arrive at our bank no later than 7 days after the invoice date.

    Important remittance advice:
     
    • ​​Always state the invoice number in the note to payee.
       
    • If you want to pay more than one order, please transfer money for each order separately and not collectively for all. This is the only way to assign your payment correctly.
    • In the case of a refund (e. g. from a return), the amount will be returned to the bank account from which you made the transfer.

  3. Credit card:

    For online credit card payments via VISA or MasterCard, you must enter your credit card number, expiry date and three-digit security code. 
    All credit card transactions are executed immediately. This means: If you pay by credit card, the entire invoice amount will be debited upon completion of your order, regardless of the availability of goods at the time of your order.

  4.  iDEAL:

    With this payment option, the customer is forwarded directly to their online banking area, from where they can make the payment. The transfer form is filled out automatically, saving the user a lot of work.
