The tear-resistant, dimensionally stable twill fabric provides a stable foundation for professional results—ideal for working with sewing or embroidery machines and cutting plotters.
With SULKY® TWILLY, you can start embroidering right away. It is already coated with embroidery backing and does not require any additional stabilization—simply clamp it into the embroidery machine and get started.

SULKY® TWILLY
- Clamp SULKY® TWILLY securely into the frame (coating facing down!).
- Embroider the motif and cut it out using a suitable cutting tool or scissors.
- Apply BSN foil or spray adhesive to the back of the patch.
- Iron or sew onto the desired fabric.
